As for the flooring, the old water stained carpet and rotten sub flooring was removed. Total Improvements (Donald Rigsby of Guthrie) installed a new sub floor and hardwood oak floor on the first level of the Old Courthouse.  DJ's Carpet of Hopkinsville installed ceramic tile in the restrooms and carpet up the stairway and in the upper level office.  Also, in the pictures you can see that old fluorescent lighting was removed and replaced with chandeliers and stem lighting.
