Landscape Redevelopment Project

Work is complete on the Old Courthouse Landscape Redevelopment Project!  The City of Elkton was awarded Transportation Enhancement funding to bury the utility lines around the Old Todd County Courthouse, replace the crumbling sidewalks and install decorative lighting.  The total cost of the project is estimated at $200,000, with Transportation Enhancement providing 80% of the total project cost, or $160,000, leaving the City's cost of the entire project at $40,000.
