Council Meetings
The Elkton City Council meets on the second Monday every month at 7:00 PM at Elkton City Hall, 71 Public Square, Elkton, Ky. Regular meetings are open for discussion of all topics at the discretion of the Mayor. (See KRS 61.800-61.850)
Special meetings may be called with a required 24 hour notification to all council members and local media. The notification must state the agenda, date, time and place of the meeting. Only specific items listed on the agenda may be discussed at a special meeting. (KRS 61.823)
